Service Location

We proudly serve the North Carolina Triad and Charlotte regions, including Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Statesville, Salisbury, Charlotte, and all points in between. Our mobile mechanics operate within a 30-mile radius of these cities, covering communities along the I-40, I-77, I-85, and Highway 52 corridors.

Please note: We only service locations within North Carolina.

Labor-Only Service

• All sales are final.
• All service fees are required before work begins.
• We are a labor-only service and do not generally provide parts unless requested to do so by client.
• There is a $45 fee to acquire any parts not supplied directly by the client.
• Customers are responsible for supplying all parts and any required new mounting hardware and gaskets.
• We do not install used bolts, worn hardware, or re-use gaskets, as this goes against manufacturer guidelines and may lead to leaks, damage, or voided warranties.
• If your parts are incorrect, incomplete, or missing new hardware:
  • The job will be paused immediately.
  • You will be charged a $175 rescheduling fee when you're ready to continue the service with correct parts.
  • Contact our office to reschedule once your new parts are ready.

Refunds & Rescheduling

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once service is completed.
• Deposits may be forfeited if:
  • You cancel without notice
  • You dispute or reverse payment without prior communication
• Cancellations and no-shows may be subject to liquidated damages as outlined at the time of booking.
